The President of Ghana, Nana Akufo-Addo, has officially commissioned the redeveloped Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park in Ghana’s capital, Accra.
The project, which cost approximately $3.5 million, has given the park a facelift, paying tribute to the country’s first President, Dr Kwame Nkrumah.
This park also serves as the final resting place for Dr Nkrumah and his wife, Fathia Nkrumah.
