KUMASI, Ghana — Kumasi Asante Kotoko suffered a narrow 1–0 defeat to fierce rivals Accra Hearts of Oak in a tense Matchday 22 encounter of the Ghana Premier League at the Baba Yara Stadium, as the visitors held firm despite playing most of the match with 10 men.
