Nationwide inspection of companies and businesses starts March 25

Starting Monday, 25 March 2024, the Office of the Registrar of Companies will initiate a comprehensive inspection tour across various offices, businesses, and corporate establishments.

This initiative aims to review their financial records and registration papers thoroughly.

In addition to the inspections, the Office will provide essential guidance to businesses on adhering to the legal requirements for corporate operations.

The statement released indicates that this regulatory exercise will be carried out in all regions by dedicated inspectors from the Office of the Registrar of Companies.
