Habitat Fair 2026 Opens at Achimota Mall as Homebuyers Explore Property Opportunities

The Republic Bank JoyNews Habitat Fair 2026 will begin with a three-day mini-fair at Achimota Mall from August 21 to 23.
The event, themed “Home ownership… A lifetime investment,” is expected to bring prospective homeowners, property developers, financial institutions and other players in Ghana’s housing sector together.
Visitors will have the opportunity to explore property offers, engage industry professionals and obtain information aimed at helping them make informed decisions about home ownership and property investment.
The mini-fair forms part of preparations for the main Republic Bank JoyNews Habitat Fair 2026.
The event is being organised in partnership with Republic Bank and supported by several companies within the housing, construction, security, telecommunications and mobility sectors.
