Ghanaian hiplife veteran Tic Tac has praised dancehall and Afrobeats star Stonebwoy following his landmark performance at the 2026 BHIM Festival in London.

Stonebwoy headlined the festival on Saturday, August 15, at the 12,500-capacity OVO Arena Wembley, delivering another major international milestone for Ghanaian music.

The historic concert featured a strong lineup of Ghanaian and international acts, including Samini, DopeNation, Kwabena Kwabena, Ofori Amponsah, Stylo G, Jux and Mr P, as Stonebwoy led thousands of fans through a night celebrating Ghanaian music and culture.

Following the performance, Tic Tac joined the growing praise for Stonebwoy after a video of a fan passionately singing along to the artiste’s song “Tomorrow” circulated online.

Reacting to the emotional moment, Tic Tac described Stonebwoy’s music as a source of positive spiritual nourishment and healing, highlighting the emotional connection his songs have created with listeners.

The veteran musician subsequently gave Stonebwoy a special accolade, referring to him as the “Prince of therapeutic music from Ghana.”

“When the music becomes a positive spiritual food and a healing therapy for mankind… Hail the Prince of therapeutic music from Ghana,” Tic Tac wrote in his reaction.

Stonebwoy’s Wembley performance adds to a growing list of international achievements that have strengthened his position as one of Ghana’s most prominent global music exports.

Beyond the entertainment value of the concert, the successful staging of BHIM Festival in London represents another important moment in Ghana’s efforts to project its music and culture to audiences across the world.

The Wembley milestone has also generated significant conversation among Ghanaian music fans, with many celebrating Stonebwoy for continuing to carry the Ghanaian flag onto major international stages.

For Tic Tac, however, the significance of Stonebwoy’s music goes beyond commercial success and international recognition. His comments suggest that the artiste’s greatest impact may also lie in the emotional and therapeutic connection his music establishes with his audience.

As Ghanaian artistes continue to expand their presence internationally, Stonebwoy’s latest achievement offers another example of how local music can transcend borders and create meaningful connections with audiences around the world.
