Ontario Premier Doug Ford has officially unveiled the “Lake Ontario — Now and Always” monument at Fifty Point Conservation Area in the Winona community of Hamilton, declaring that the historic identity of Lake Ontario belongs to the people of Canada and will endure for generations.

The unveiling drew provincial leaders, community members and visitors to the scenic lakeshore, where the bold bilingual sign now stands facing the waters of Lake Ontario.
